We use the services of OfficeRnD as our data processor for the purpose of processing personal data of our customers who buy, book, or make reservations. OfficeRnD acts solely as a processor and processes personal data on our behalf. We have a data processing agreement in place with OfficeRnD to ensure that they process personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

Ezeep: We utilize the services of Ezeep for printing purposes. To facilitate sign-up and account management, Ezeep may require personal data such as email addresses from our customers.

Zapier: We use Zapier to automate data workflows and integrate different systems, which may involve the processing of personal data as part of the data synchronization process.

LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram: We may utilize these social media platforms for marketing purposes and may process personal data, such as usernames or contact information, in connection with targeted advertising or communication campaigns. Planeat: We use Planeat as a lunch booking system for our members and customers of our meeting rooms. Personal data collected by Planeat may include names, email addresses, and dietary preferences to facilitate lunch reservations and provide a personalized experience.

Slack: We use Slack as a communication and collaboration platform for internal communication. Personal data shared within Slack may include usernames, email addresses, and other relevant contact details of members. We take appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data shared through Slack.
